If the presidential elections were next week

Do you think Obama would win again? Right now I don't think so. The dem's in congress are in trouble, the dem's in the senate are in trouble,,and they all know it. The hell care bill is dragging each one down slowly but surely.
Dictator Pelosi is oblivious to the wants of the people, she knows what we need, we don't. Her partner Reid in the senate will loose in his next senate race and he knows it, he doesn't care as long he can keep Pelosi and Obama off his ass.
If the senate race in Mass. is won by a GOP member, Hell care will be dead and they know it.
We can only hope.
So, could Obama win again if it were next week. I hope not.
I hope that the American people are waking up to dictatorship known as the democrats in power.

Obama, Chicago and the Olympics

Olympics in Chicago, not in 2016! Obama had the door slammed in his face again, just like the Iranian president did to him on the nuclear inspections.
You never go into a situation not knowing the outcome, especially if your the president of the most powerful country in the world. A lawyer never asked a question that he doesn't already know the answer to. You look like a fool if you do.
His prestige and self inflated ego didn't get the games to Chicago, his friends and associates didn't make a fortune as expected, he done absolutely nothing for spending 3million in tax payers money.
Everything he has tried to date has failed, unemployment is still going up, car companies are still suffering, bank are still not lending like before and the national debt is still rising.
NOW, they want to take over health care, with this kind of record what do you think the outcome will be? It is not the governments job to run health care, car companies, banks or anything else. Their job is to protect us from all enemies both foreign and domestic, and it this point it's will who protect us from them.
I don't see things getting better in the near or far future.
I hope I'm wrong.

The government now owns banks, cars and looking to own health care.They can't run the post office without financial problems, they can't run Social Security with out financial problems, hell they can run anything with out financial problems.

July 4th and beyond

Here we are, the 4th is over and our world returns to the post holiday work schedule. I don't know about you, but July 4th seems like just any other day. With the government now more oppressive than in the days of king George, and with every new day, it seems to brings more involvement into our lives than Jefferson could have ever had imaged.
Maybe, it's time for a new independence day. A day where the government is actually run by citizens instead of politicians. A government that sticks to governing instead intruding into every facet of life.
It's time to stand up for freedom once again. It's time to tell the politicians that we the people run this country. Come election time vote for a person, not a lawyer, a politician or a professional government employee.
Until we go back to a system of people that serve only at the people will, the politicians will continue to run this country into something that we no longer can celebrate on the 4TH of July.

Why don't we just give up

I am beginning to wonder why we all don't just give up. The government is taking over everything, auto, banks, pay scales, and now health care is about to become victim.
The power from the local level is gone and now replaced with handouts from the federal government. It's "do what we say do, or we with hold federal funding." I figure the United States that I grew up in is gone, I really don't see it every coming back. So what the hell! Let's all just give up and become servants of the state.

My Economic recovery plan

Quite simply, my economic recovery plan; is 1. ignore the news 2. not listen to talk radio anymore 3. forget the governments problems 4. worry about me and my family only.
The news just fills you with doom and gloom. The whole damn world is falling apart according to ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox. Talk radio is just making me more cynical than I already am, when it comes to the government. The government is more of an obstacle to me than a help. The government creates problems then looks to the people to help them fix it, mostly in the form of more taxes.
I've created my own economic recovery plan. I work 12 hours a day, or more, six days a week and sometimes more. I take care of my family, no matter what it takes. I am nearly fifty years old, and if I can work like this, you can.
What's your excuse for your situation. To educated to work a minimal job? To busy job hunting to actually work? So your above working at a convenience store or McDonald's.
Well while your loosing your house, your car and your mind, I'm saving for a vacation. I will do anything to keep my family in our house, no our home, I'm not above working as hard as I have to.

It's Sunday and It's Raining

It's Sunday and it's raining outside. There is more paperwork on my desk than I want to deal with, I guess I have too. The tax man said he want's his paper work by April 15, so I am forced to do something I really don't feel like doing. My CPA has finished my LLC tax forms, now I will do the Sole Proprietor part to go to a different CPA. I will pay another $300.00 to have that finished and put in book form for the IRS. Gee, I know there is a simpler way to do this. How about the fair tax? I am sick and tire of spending endless hours on tax reports, that we have to do, weather we want to or not.
Every time they change the tax code, weather to reduce taxes on people who already don't pay taxes, or increase them on who that do, that just means more time spent on revising my tax strategies. I don't get paid to do all this, it cost more money to have them done, and I usually end up owning a little more every year to the government.
I've have about had it with whole situation. We are taxed to death, and after we die, we are taxed again.
Maybe, this shouldn't be on my blog, it should be on a vent somewhere, but what the hell, no one reads this anyway.
